The event was held on January 17, 2024 at Hanoi University.

10 lecturers and about 70 students from Hanoi University, Hanoi Architectural University, and Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.
Main content of the event
The workshop was divided into 2 sessions which lasted for 2.5 hours. It opened with a brief introduction on ICT-INOV project, and the outcomes that the consortium has achieved. After that, the organizers focused on design thinking. The audience was exposed to the 5 phases of design thinking and experience of using design thinking in courses at Hanoi University.
In the second session, the participants were introduced to the use of design thinking platform, and then 3 groups of students from Hanoi University took turns to present how they practiced design thinking to find innovative solutions for their software projects. The event concluded with Q&A session for the participants to ask and discuss about design thinking.
