The ICT-INOV instructor training strategy aims to develop the capacity of individuals and organizations that participate in the consortium to deploy gamified design thinking for innovation skill building.
Instructor training takes place in two phases:
The first phase of instructor training is plenary, with engagement of representatives from all partner organizations. This creates a network of ICT-INOV “ambassadors”, that have foundational knowledge on the proposed gamified design them approach for innovation.
The second phase of instructor training takes place at each partner site. ICT-INOV ambassadors transfer their knowledge to their organizations, but delivering 4 – 5 training events at each partner site, ensuring that the training process is on-going and has lasting results.
